Ingredients

For the Oatmeal

  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup organic steel cut oats I like Bob's Red Mill Quick Cooking - ready in 7 mins!
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • ½ tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp flaxseed whey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp Lion's mane optional
  • 1 piece cacao butter optional
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • a splash of your favorite plant based creamer or mylk

For the toppings

  • low fructose fruits: handful berries of choice, ½ organic granny smith apple, diced

Instructions

  • Pour dry ingredients in boiling water.
  • Stir to combine until oats reach desired thickness (~6 mins).
  • Add almond butter and creamer or mylk, stir to combine.
  • Add toppings.
  • Enjoy!
